Big Canoe Resort and the New Clubhouse
If you are interested in purchasing real estate in the Big Canoe Resort you will be pleased to know that a new clubhouse was opened last summer. The clubhouse replaced the old facility that burned down about 2 years ago. The new clubhouse is totally first class with a full restaurant that is capable of serving multiple parties and operating the dining room at the same time. The relaxed atmosphere of the dining room and bar make this a place you want to take your family and friends. The views from a table in the dining room or bar provide a spectacular view of Lake Sconti and the mountians in Big Canoe. The lower level of the clubhouse is home to the Golf Pro-

Is there money to buy a home in the Big Canoe Resort?
If you want to buy a home in a place like the Big Canoe Resort or other locations with North Georgia Homes for sale you can get a loan. With all the financial chaos and negative reporting on today's economy people are wondering...Is there money available for loans to buy a home? The answer is YES, YES, YES, there is plenty of money available for home loans. The requirements to qualify for a loan are more strict than a year ago, however, if you have a job, good credit and can prove your income you can qualify for a mortgage loan. If you want more information you can contact Scott Evans (scott@familyga.com) at the best mortgage company in North Georgia . If you need information on real estate in Big Canoe or North Georgia Homes for sale contact me (doug.hosmer@harrynorman.com). There is plenty of money for real estate loans regardless of what the media reports.

Homes for Sale North Georgia
Looking for Homes for sale North Georgia? Everyone is either sitting on the fence or sitting on their hands these days regarding purchasing North Georgia real estate. If you listen to the news media there will never hear any good news. They feed on bad news and aggregated national statistics to get attention. If you look at the country only through national statistics you will never pick up that there are areas where real estate is on the rebound. In the Atlanta real estate market some areas like Vinings never declined at all.
I recently took a class from an instructor from Phoenix, AZ. He said that if you listened to the real estate news in Phoenix it is all bad news. However, he said that his town of Gilbert had seen some huge changes in real estate inventory over the last 18 months. The inventory had dropped from a 17 month supply of homes to a 6 month supply. A six month supply of homes was about normal 3-4 years ago. The local real estate market had quietly made a recovery and the news media never reported it.
So the lesson here is that if you are waiting for that time to buy, don't expect the media to tell you when the time has arrived. The local market will already be well into recovery before the media decides to report on the real estate rebound. Now is a great time to buy real estate North Georgia and Big Canoe...there is plenty of money for loans and tremedous deals...even though the media doesn't have a clue.
