Looking for Homes for sale North Georgia? Everyone is either sitting on the fence or sitting on their hands these days regarding purchasing North Georgia real estate. If you listen to the news media there will never hear any good news. They feed on bad news and aggregated national statistics to get attention. If you look at the country only through national statistics you will never pick up that there are areas where real estate is on the rebound. In the Atlanta real estate market some areas like Vinings never declined at all.

I recently took a class from an instructor from Phoenix, AZ. He said that if you listened to the real estate news in Phoenix it is all bad news.
