Homes for Sale North Georgia

Looking for Homes for sale North Georgia? Everyone is either sitting on the fence or sitting on their hands these days regarding purchasing North Georgia real estate. If you listen to the news media there will never hear any good news. They feed on bad news and aggregated national statistics to get attention. If you look at the country only through national statistics you will never pick up that there are areas where real estate is on the rebound. In the Atlanta real estate market some areas like Vinings never declined at all.

I recently took a class from an instructor from Phoenix, AZ. He said that if you listened to the real estate news in Phoenix it is all bad news. However, he said that his town of Gilbert had seen some huge changes in real estate inventory over the last 18 months. The inventory had dropped from a 17 month supply of homes to a 6 month supply. A six month supply of homes was about normal 3-4 years ago. The local real estate market had quietly made a recovery and the news media never reported it.

So the lesson here is that if you are waiting for that time to buy, don't expect the media to tell you when the time has arrived. The local market will already be well into recovery before the media decides to report on the real estate rebound. Now is a great time to buy real estate North Georgia and Big Canoe...there is plenty of money for loans and tremedous deals...even though the media doesn't have a clue.
